          National Skill Training Institue (NSTI) is one of the premier institutes run by the Directorate General of Training (DGT), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India with the main objective of imparting training to the instructor of ITIs in the country.

         Women Training under Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship takes care of providing skill training to women in the country which aims at stimulating employment opportunities among women of various socio-economic levels and different age groups. Women’s Vocational Training Programme (WVTP) was designed and launched in 1977 to mainstream women into economic activities.  Women’s Vocational Training Programme promotes Vocational Training for women for wage-employment in industry, as instructors and also promotes their self-employment.      

       National Skill Training Institute for Women, Panipat is imparting industry oriented and need based vocational training for the women target groups. National Skill Training Institute for Women is functioning directly under the control of Central Government, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (Women Training) under Directorate General of Training. This is the only exclusive women vocational training institute in the state of Haryana and conducting vocational training courses i.e. Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS), Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS) and Advanced Diploma in IT, Networking and Cloud course. NSTI(W) Panipat is not only directly strengthening Women skilling ecosystem of the country but also creating highly skilled Instructors for the country. The premier institute is located on main G.T. Road connecting Delhi Chandigarh and is approx. 90kms from ISBT, Delhi. The Institute is well equipped with Hi-Tech AC Labs and Experienced Technical and Administrative Staff to impart Training to Women.
